Soprano Yeji Yoon is pursuing a doctor of music arts degree in vocal performance in the studio of Professor Sharon Christman at The Catholic University of America (CUA).
Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Ms. Yoon graduated from Sunhwa Art School (middle school), Sunhwa Art High School, and received bachelor of arts and master of music degrees from Seoul National University, with additional coursework at the Accademia Internazionale di Musica in Rome, Italy. She performed the role of the Countess in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro with the Bel Cantanti Summer Opera Festival and Juliette in Gounod’s Romeo et Juliette at CUA.
